In the first 5 years for Premier products, or 3 years for Advantage products, unitech will update the security patches at the frequency shown in the chart below.
During the following 3 years, called Shield Value-Added Service years, unitech will supply updates that include critical security patches only, not new features or design change requests. unitech will quickly prepare and make available OS patches once Google or, depending on the product platform, Qualcomm or MTK, supply the critical fix.
Furthermore, unitech also supplies, for free, planned OS upgrades of Premier products. For example, unitech supplies for free the upgrade of the PA760 from Android 9 to Android 10. |
